When can I expect my Wooden American Flag Ship?

Our wood flags are made to last for generations. You can get fast or you can get the very best wooden USA flag that money can buy! We do not make the garden variety wooden flags. Etherton Hardwoods is known throughout the world as the very best wood flag makers for a reason...our quality is unmatched.  All our wooden American flags are custom crafted by hand.

 The Veterans who make our flags take great pride in their work because details matter. Etherton Hardwoods LLC has perhaps the most serious Quality Control Department in the wood flag industry. It is vital that each flag is perfect before it is allowed to be processed for shipment.

 We are not just flag makers; we are custom crafting a one-of-a-kind work of art. Our US wooden flags are designed to last for generations and currently our work hangs in Fine Art Museums around the country and also on the outside of someone barn. 

 Currently, the delivery time can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. If you need your order by a certain date, you can make the request when you checkout. We aim to please and are honored to have your business and support.

 Our wooden flags are not the kind you find at a craft show or in a hobby shop. Truly, fine art that our Veterans are proud to make for you.

 For example, our two main competitors, one of them uses a plastic "stencil" and cheap white spray paint for their stars. The other competitor "glues" wood stars on the flag then places one brad nail through each star. They both use common household mass-produced wood stains. These cheap tricks do not meet the standards of Quality Control at Etherton Hardwoods. 

 At Etherton Hardwoods, we CARVE OUR STARS...yes, it takes longer. Much longer and much harder custom work.

 But you see the American Flag is so special to our Combat Vets its personal you see. It's not just a "wood flag", its "OUR FLAG" and we are damn proud of it, which is why we all chose to serve our great country in the military.

 Our stains are custom hand mixed colors, no two flags ever look the same because of this.

We also "raise the grain" on our Signature Patriot Series Wooden Flags, these have become known around the world as: "World Famous Wooden American Flags".

 But we are far from done.

 We next have developed a proprietary woodworking process where we char only the peaks of the Raised Grain of the wood but not the valley's or the low parts. This is a process that involves rubbing the wood by hand over many hours through various workstations by our American Veterans woodworkers.
