I was SO relieved to get a, "Grab Everyone," email regarding the status of Etherton Hardwoods. I ordered this cross, for myself, like, three or four years ago. It resides in a very prominent place in my living room, along with the original purchase, the medium-sized American flag. I loved the flag SO much - so well made, noticed without being obtrusive and, of course, echoing my sentiments regarding the US and my faith. Well, two years or so ago, I ordered another one as a Christmas present for my brother and his wife. Long story short, I ended up being refunded the purchase from PayPal. I was very disappointed. I didn't know if Etherton had tanked during the Wuhan Flu debacle, if they'd hired millennials who just couldn't have cared less about customer service and communicating - I was baffled. They'd gone totally MIA. The whole experience was SO uncharacteristic based on my previous experiences with Etherton. Since the update - yes, growth is painful and sometimes inconvenient - I feel confident, once again, in their product and hitherto outstanding customer service, that I shall give the resurrection phase time to solidify and then I'll be ordering that cross/flag for my brother and his wife as originally planned. I really DO appreciate the update. Thanks, Etherton. Comforting to know you're still listed among the living. As for the cross - it is a staple in my realm. I would like to see a Star of David in the American flag motif as well. Just sayin'... God bless and Semper Fi.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
