Refund policy
By using our website and completing your purchase you agree with the following Return / Exchange Policy.
Our flags are handmade, taking many hours to complete and carve. After an order has been placed it is NOT possible to be issued a refund. You may only exchange your item for the same product. Exchanges are not possible after 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days from delivery all sales are final.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for any reason.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You agree that we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company. If a product is damaged in shipment you should contact the shipping company you selected at checkout to file an insurance claim.
If an exchange is required, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping
To exchange your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
